MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Krystal.
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with brands and organizations that shape culture and inspire change — leading strategy, communications, and experience work across 60+ countries, including initiatives at seven UNESCO World Heritage sites, as well as global campaigns, live broadcasts, and large-scale productions with organizations such as Disney, PBS, LinkedIn, Boeing, WWF, Yanni, NASA, and William Morris Endeavor.
Across that work, one pattern is consistent: when strategy, messaging, and execution drift out of alignment, even sophisticated organizations lose momentum — and major initiatives fail to compound.
Blue Gazelle was built for that problem. I advise mission-driven organizations and leadership teams to reduce fragmentation, align cross-functional priorities, and ensure programs, partnerships, and public-facing moments translate into measurable performance and long-term value.
My background in visual storytelling and large-scale production brings an additional systems-level lens to this work — shaping not only what organizations say, but how their initiatives are experienced, sequenced, and sustained over time.
